01ABOUT ASTROVE

ASTROVE is the consumer brand of Frost Bites Foods for the Indian market.

02USING THE SITE

You may use this site to browse products, read information about ASTROVE and, where available, place an order.

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or place an order, and not to use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

03PRODUCTS

ASTROVE sells food products made from fruit.

Natural fruit varies. Reasonable natural variation in colour, size, shape and appearance may occur between batches and pieces.

We aim to display and describe products accurately. This section does not excuse supply of the wrong product, a defective product, or a description that is materially inaccurate.

04PRICING

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The total amount payable, including any compulsory delivery charge or other applicable charge, will be disclosed before you confirm the order.

05ORDERS

Submitting an order is a request to purchase.

Receipt of an automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee that an order can be fulfilled.

ASTROVE may cancel an order and refund it where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the product is unavailable
• the destination is unserviceable
• there has been an obvious pricing or technical error
• fraud or misuse is suspected
• another lawful reason prevents fulfilment

Where payment has been collected for an order ASTROVE cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be initiated.

06PAYMENTS

Online checkout is not currently live on this site. Where online payment becomes available, the available payment methods will be shown at checkout before you confirm an order.

Payment credentials may be processed by a third-party payment service provider. ASTROVE does not need to receive or store full payment-card or bank credentials where those credentials are processed directly by the payment provider.

07DELIVERY

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking and transit-damage handling are set out in Shipping & Delivery.

08CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Food products are not accepted for ordinary change-of-mind returns after delivery, subject always to applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, deficient, incorrect or not-as-described goods.

09INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ASTROVE™ and the ASTROVE wordmark, visual identity, website design, copy, photography and other original brand materials are owned by or used under the authority of Frost Bites Foods, except where otherwise identified.

You may not copy, reproduce or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission.

10ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

11SITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the site available, but we may need to suspend, withdraw or change parts of it for maintenance, development or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

We take responsibility for supplying products that meet the description and quality you are entitled to expect.

13GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts, tribunals or consumer forums as determined by applicable law.

14CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the effective date shown above.
