The Story

From the source to the start line.

An Indian runner in Canada, a honey energy gel with real Indian fruit, and the road between them. Told chapter by chapter, as it happens.

The Canadian miles

I’m Indian. I live in Canada, and I run here, through weather that doesn’t care what’s on the training plan. Mornings that start in the dark. Days when getting out of the door is the hardest part of the session.

You learn a lot about fuel on the long ones. ASTROVE Energy Gel is honey, real freeze-dried fruit and sea salt, with a little citric acid in Pineapple.

ASTROVE already makes freeze-dried Indian fruit: Alphonso mango, jamun and pineapple. ASTROVE Energy Gel takes the same three fruits to the start line, with honey.
